Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed ) - Two Year
Eligibility for Admission to the Course:
A candidate shall be eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Physical Education degree course (B.P.Ed) if he/she has received a degree with 45% marks in 10+2+3 pattern from a university recognized by Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University subject to the following conditions.

Rules and Regulations
All the students are expected to strictly follow the rules and regulations laid down for their discipline and development.
Attendance and leave :
Classes are conducted for seven hours, between 6.00 a.m to 8.00 a.m., 10.a.m to 1.00 p.m., and 4.00 p.m to 6.00 p.m.
Attendance will be taken by the staff members at the commencement of each hour.
A student who is not present in the class room when the attendance is taken will lose the attendance for that session
Student should be regular in attendance and they are expected to be punctual
No student will be allowed in to the class room if he/she is late by more than ten minutes
Late comers are liable to be fined and they will be allowed to enter the class room only after getting the written permission from the principal.
The record of attendance of each student will be put up on the notice board on the first of every month.
A minimum of 80 % attendance is required in order to appear the semester
If a student gets less than 80% attendance, he/she must redo the semester.
Leave of absence will be permitted only for valid reason, with the prior approval of the principal.
A student on medical leave must produce the medical certificate along with the leave application when he/she rejoin the class.

Irregular attendance, habitual late coming, disobedience, disrespect towards the staff or higher authorities and immoral character will be viewed very seriously and dealt with accordingly.
Students are required to keep the class rooms and premises neat and tidy.
Organizing meetings, entertainments and collecting money for any purpose on the campus without prior, written permission of the principal is strictly prohibited
Students are expected to read the notices put upon the notice board carefully every day
Ragging is prohibited and it is punishable and may result in expulsion / suspension / fine.

The principal has the right to ask any student to leave the college and issues transfer certificate at any time during the course of the year in the grounds of indiscipline, unauthorized absence, malpractice and non-payment fees and dues.
Certificates ( Transfer, Conduct, Bonafide etc.,) will be issued within 24 hours after the submission of the application.

Intake, Eligibility and Admission Procedure
Intake:
There shall be a basic unit of 60 (Sixty) students for each year.
Eligibility
a) Age: – Not completed 21 years as on 1st July.
For SC / ST candidates 3 years relaxation is given.
b) Qualification: A pass in +2 in the 10+2 pattern.
c) Represented the School in any Sports / Games.
d) Medically fit without any deformity

The applicant should attach the following certificates.
1. Mark statements of 10th and 12th
2. School representation certificate in a Sport/Game
3. Transfer and Conduct Certificates
4. Community Certificate
5. Aadhar Card
6. Medical Fitness Certificate from a Government Medical Officer in the

Selection Tests
Admission shall be made on the basis of ranking for a total of 150 marks as detailed below:-

Admission Procedure
Admission shall be made on merit on the basis of marks obtained for 150 by following the Rule of Reservation of Govt of Tamilnadu.
